Went in not expecting much, especially not expecting to make a deal. Met at the door by Paul who was with us every step of the way. Not pushy, not overbearing, just someone doing their job. By the end of it all, we were able to pick up our car the next day. Why the next day? They wanted to ensure that we got the vehicle that we wanted, down to the specific color preferences. They called all of the local dealerships, eventually branching out to the greater distance dealers in Washington state. They really made some effort. We got the car that we wanted and they got our business. If we decide we ever want another Subaru we will very likely come back here first. Honest people that won’t kiss your xxx but aren’t trying to rip you off, either. More
