Last year, we purchased a 2020 Ascent from Dick Hannah Subaru with Ather Munson's help. We weren't familiar with the Ascent at the time and most of our focus had been on the similar Kia and Hyundai third- Subaru with Ather Munson's help. We weren't familiar with the Ascent at the time and most of our focus had been on the similar Kia and Hyundai third-row SUVs, but we learned about Subaru's offering that morning and decided to pop by the dealership to take a look. We aren't car people at all, and we don't like the car buying process, but Ather was fantastic to work with. He made us feel like he really cared about making sure that we ended up making the best decision for us, and we happily drove off with a new Ascent that day. Fast forward a little over a year... We needed to replace our other vehicle, and we were set on finding a very specific type of Crosstrek (certain features, specific color and trim, etc.). We flirted with the idea for a couple of months, but when we decided it was time, we knew exactly where we were going and exactly who we wanted to work with. Once again, Ather was amazing. He tracked down the one Crosstrek that fit the bill (fresh from the factory), helped us through all the buying process... even went to our house to help us get all the proper signatures (only one of us went to the dealership that day).
