The dealership experience was good, we did have to dit around for 8 hours for the sale, however they were really kind and helpful. However The vehicle after 7 months had multiple expensive repairs. Air conditioning went out, had poorly installed radiatior that leaked coolant all over my car, and gas valve broke. I thought more care would've been put into the car and the service team was not supportive at all. Would not go here again. More
I would NOT recommend this place. I bought my Crosstrek from them only 4 months ago and I decided recently that the Crosstrek wasn’t for me and instead I wanted to purchase a WRX. Went there to test drive from them only 4 months ago and I decided recently that the Crosstrek wasn’t for me and instead I wanted to purchase a WRX. Went there to test drive one as I’ve never driven one before and if I liked it i wanted to trade my vehicle in for the WRX. Jack greeted me and I expressed my interest in the car. Instantly he was hostile. I walked up to the car to check it out and he would not get the keys to even let me see the inside or sit in it. He said we would have to talk numbers and do a credit report BEFORE I even sat in it. This is when I became frustrated. He expressed that people tend to hot rod those specific cars and they didn’t want to rack miles up on the car unless they had a potential buyer. I understand that fully, but I let him know that I was already a customer as I had bought my Crosstrek recently and the fact that the cars were of equal value should of been enough to AT LEAST let me sit in it! Nope, instead we went inside and he made me fill out all this xx paperwork to do a credit report. I told him that he was not to run my credit because I didn’t even know if I liked the car yet. He said he just wanted the information to get an estimate. During this time they took my keys and they were doing an appraisal on my 2021 Crosstrek. I sat there for over an hour, filled out the stupid paperwork, while the whole time he was making assumptions that I wouldn’t be able to afford the WRX (remind you equal value to the Crosstrek.) after sitting there and getting really pissed off at this point, they gave me the most xx offer. They offered me 18k for my Crosstrek I had only bought 4 months ago for 28k. Okay it gets worse. The WRX msrp was 30k and they had it marked up to 37k!!!! xxx I get there is a car shortage but 7k? But then they put in the offer paperwork they would give me a discount and I would only pay 34k. They must be smoking crack. I then told him I wanted my keys and I was going to leave. He would not get my keys!! He just kept trying to talk. That is when I demanded my keys and they threw them at me! I left and went to wilsonville Subaru instead where I was treated so well and they actually let me test drive the WRX, no questions asked, no obligations! They actually pulled it off the showroom floor just to let me test drive it. I ended up buying the WRX from wilsonville Subaru that day because they gave me a fair price (25k compared to 18k offer for my Crosstrek) and didn’t mark up the price of the WRX by 7k. I told them what happened at the Vancouver location and they were appalled by the way I was treated. For one, jack lied and said there is a regional markup on the WRX hmm.. is that why I paid less than msrp over at the Wilsonville location? Wilsonville Subaru's GM actually came up to me and shook my hand and apologized for Vancouver’s actions. I recently went back to Vancouver location to speak with their GM or get his number and they said they couldn’t give me that information that I was not able to contact him! I can’t believe this place. They are shady crooked scammers. They probably take advantage of vulnerable people who don’t know much about cars daily. All I can say is, I would not return here. If you want to buy a Subaru and be treated well, I can highly recommend Wilsonville Subaru as they treated me with respect. More
I worked with Patricio and he was wonderful. Knowledgeable and super low-pressure, which I really appreciated. He was off on the day I came in to buy the car, so he set me up with Peter who was Knowledgeable and super low-pressure, which I really appreciated. He was off on the day I came in to buy the car, so he set me up with Peter who was also friendly, low-pressure, and kind. Peter walked me through all of the features of my new car, helped me move out of my old one, and then when I got home and realized I had forgotten my garage door opener in my old car (and an old CD), BOTH were magically in my new car. It was so thoughtful and much appreciated. Even their finance person Tuan was thoughtful and thorough. He saved me a bunch of money on my extended warranty AND got me an amazing rate. Seriously--this team was the best. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. More

I'm a Long time Subaru customer. Paul Halama, Sales, and Khoa Dang, Finance are top guns. they went above and beyond to make my wife and I extremely HAPPY...! They moved us from certified used to brand new Khoa Dang, Finance are top guns. they went above and beyond to make my wife and I extremely HAPPY...! They moved us from certified used to brand new (Forester Sport) and saved us $3500. We used the 5 day exchange and they're attitude, customer service, and communication was A+...!!! Including all the new services/programs that you walk/drive off with, how could my wife and I think of any other Make and Dealership than Subaru and Dick Hannah. We have a good size family who I'm sure will be following our lead as we take every opportunity to promote Dick Hannah Subaru, as they have treated us so well for several years now. It doesn't get any better than the experience we had this weekend and have had over the years with Dick Hannah. Credit also goes to mgt. and sales/finance training, as their professionalism and sincere customer service is beyond imaginable. More
