Best car buying experience we have ever had!!! Rod was awesome to work with :) We started our car buying process with Subaru of Portland--unfortunately after putting a reservation on the Ascent we wan awesome to work with :) We started our car buying process with Subaru of Portland--unfortunately after putting a reservation on the Ascent we wanted our "salesperson" called us to say that he was "really sorry, and it was out of his control but the price was being raised 3-5k over what we were quoted due to low supply." Uhhhmmm, I think not... I called Dick Hannah Subaru almost immediately and spoke with Rod. He did a quick check with the manager and they agreed to honor the price we were quoted by the other dealership!!! Serious respect to them for standing behind the Subaru name. They gave us a fair trade in for our Tacoma and the entire crew was fun, respectful and kind throughout the entire process. Rod made sure we had snacks and bottled water (buying a car takes forever) and kept us laughing (he really is quite funny). We drove home in an awesome new Ascent Touring feeling great about what had started out as a very disappointing process. Thank you Dick Hannah Subaru and Rodney for a great car buying experience!!! Verna quickly got me into the price range I was looking for, and we completed the purchase in just a couple hours with minimal effort on my part. But the best part of this experience was that she drove my new car the nearly 3 hours to my house to deliver it to me in the evening.
