I had found a price on the internet that I liked for my car (to buy) I showed it to Ruth and she took it to her manager. They came back and beat the price!! Seriously, from start to finish Dick Hannah people were on top of things. Internet sales knew what other dealers would offer on the Forester I wanted and beat their price by $1200 to $3300! I went to Dick Hannah's after a long day of dickering salesmen. I'd seen their ads and thought the low prices might just be a come-on. It turned out that the initial asking price for a 2008 Subaru was lo salesmen. I'd seen their ads and thought the low prices might just be a come-on. It turned out that the initial asking price for a 2008 Subaru was lower than other places I'd been, and the car had only 13,000 miles on it and was in good condition. The salesman, Ammar, could see that I was in no mood for a long bargaining session, so when I asked him the best price, he came back with a good offer under $20,000. Ammar was very friendly, gave good advice, altogether helpful and not at all pushy or obnoxious. The other people working there were friendly and efficient, and helped me get through the pile of documents the next day. This was a big one for me--my first car and first time to have auto insurance, so their support made a difference. When it turned out that the car lacked a manual, Ammar got one for me right away. I hope to have my Subaru a long time, but if I decide to get another one, I'll look at Dick Hannah's first--and hopefully last. More

I went in for the usual oil change and Dick Hannah got my car in right as scheduled. The service person was friendly and the initial transaction went quickly. I spent 30 minutes in the waiting room reading the complimentary newspaper while the oil was changed. I was able to have my car in and out within 40 minutes of my arrival. Overall cost was $47 (including tax) which I know is much more than one of the traditional oil change places. More
