I drove in late Saturday with a burned out headlight bulb. Ken immediately came over, had a technician determine what needed to be done and apologized for my having to wait. I've always been treated in a very respectful way by everyone in the service department. My only complaint is with Subaru. From the windshield wipers to the bulbs every thing is a major ordeal and difficult to have replaced or repaired.
