This was my 2nd time buying from Dick Hannah. Ian was my salesman and he was great to work with. Very attentive, always checking up with me about options and the little bit of work they did after I purchas salesman and he was great to work with. He was very educated about all the cars we test drove (and we drove lots!) and was a great source of information. He remembered all the features I wanted in a car and even remembered all the other non-car related stories I told. There is lots of time to chat ya know when you drive lots of miles together! I thought he was great. Dan was my "money guy" and he was very kind and paid attention to what I said. The last time I was at Dick Hannah (1992), the guy in his position was gross and he was aweful to work with. Dan was very professional, clean cut and a much better representative of his position. Our experience with our recent Subaru purchase from Dick Hannah was fantastic! Mr. Hoang gave us an overview of the Foresters in stock, which was plentiful! Before stopping at Dick Hannah, we stopped at two other Subaru dealerships. The experience at those dealerships was much less than what we'd hoped for since we were serious about purchasing a vehicle on that day. Our sales rep knew everything about Foresters! He shared the differences between the various models as well as differences between 2010 and 2011 models. Huyen Hoang's knowledge helped us to confirm the decision that the Forester was indeed the vehicle for us. Completing the final paperwork with Dick Hannah was also quite pleasant. The staff had all of the forms ready for us to sign; providing us with info on all the necessary financial details. There were no surprises. A huge thanks to Mr. Hoang and the rest of the staff at Dick Hannah! More

I'd like to first thank Peter and Ammar for the wonderful customer service that I received on Friday, Jan.21. They made the experience of purchasing a new car easy and hassle free. I thought that the only car I would be able to afford was going to be a used car w/high miles however, Peter walked me through the process and made a recommendation that I know was the wisest choice for me and a car that I can depend on for years. Because of his guidance I was able to purchase a brand new 2011 vehicle that evening. I never dreamed I would drive home a NEW car not to mention, a car that fits my lifestyle perfectly! Once the paperwork was completed Ammar was kind enough to show me all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. He was thorough, patient and kind as I asked questions and inquired about all the buttons, nobs and extras on the car. I didn't drive off until Ammar was completely satisfied that I knew everything about the car. I was so impressed w/the experience from start to finish. I felt that they were working for me the entire time and that they were providing me with the best price that Dick Hannah Subaru could offer. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of and/or that it was a hair pulling experience (and we've all had those at one time or another when car shopping). I would highly recommend Dick Hannah Subaru to anyone looking looking for a reliable product and a business/staff that truly cares about it's customers. Got an online quote from Derek- quick and easy and PAINLESS! Great price for my new Tribeca. Once in the showroom, we were introduced to Huyen. Low key, no pressure test drive and we were sold. We bought our car from Dick Hannah Subaru in Vancouver, WA. Phong, aka Phillip, aka Dr. Phil, was very professional in the handling of our deal. He was not pushy and very thorough in his knowledge of the WA. Phong, aka Phillip, aka Dr. Phil, was very professional in the handling of our deal. Some delays were encountered outside of the dealer's control and Phong set us up with a very nice loaner car while we waited for our new car. He also gave us his personal cell phone number to facilitate communications during the process of buying and receiving the car. We always felt comfortable and welcome in this dealership. Other staff at this dealership were also very friendly and knowledgeable in our dealings during the process of buying the car, receiving the loner car, and finally taking delivery. More
We love our new 2011 Forester. We love the color and the overall features of the car. We finally made the move to trade our old Forester car with over 234,000 miles, and get a new one.
