Dick Hannah Subaru

This was the 2nd car we purchased from Dick Hanna - 3rd for me.. I was up at the Subaru dealership all morning.. Came back with my wife in the evening and it took another 3 or so hours.. Way too long - since I had already spent 4 hours or so in the morning.. And we didn't get into the vehicle we originally looked at - but we did get the first car that was on our list.. A little disappointed at only getting $1000 for my trade-in.. I would buy from them again.. Thank you!! More

After reviewing information about available vehicles and features on the Dick Hannah website, we had a very pleasant experience last week purchasing a new 2011 Subaru Outback from Ron Mentek. Ron was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave us a thorough, hands-on orientation to it's operations and features. My husband mentioned that this was the most complete introduction to a car we had ever had! It allowed me to drive off the lot confidently and get right to the programming of the audio and blu-tooth features without missing a beat. The sales manager, Mr. Nguen and Tonya Burdette in the financing department were very helpful and helped us to move through the process efficiently, so it wasn't an all-day event to buy a car. As with all the Dick Hannah dealerships, the Customers for Life program benefits can't be beat--they have certainly made our family Customers for Life! More

I would like to amend my previous review and exclude that part about the gas tank not being full. Dick Hannah Subaru has agreed to make an exception to their used vehicle sales policy and fill up my gas tan part about the gas tank not being full. We arrived at your dealership with the intent of gathering information since we had just started the car shopping process. We were greeted by Tuan Bui in the parking lot. He was very helpful, but not at all pushy or overbearing. He listened to our needs, answered our questions and let us test drive a forester. We decided to buy the car then and there, and Tuan was very knowledgeable and patient and got us through the process quite easily. Tonya Burdette in financing was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. She clearly knows her job and completed the financing paperwork much more quickly than we expected. We enjoyed our experience (our first with Dick Hannah) and will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

On our first visit to Dick Hannah we were met by Lauren who was new to the company and was being shadowed by another employee.
