I didn't feel pressured into buying a vehicle, like I had felt at other dealerships. They allowed me to make an informed decision when buying the vehicle. Phillip Chau was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions on our first trip to the dealership. Tuan Bui was very patient, flexible, and accommodating. We were even able to reach him after working hours to seal the deal. I would definitely consider buying from this dealership again in the future. More

Looked at all of the Subaru dealers in Portland and ended up going to Vancouver Dick Hannah for the best deal. We wanted a Green Subaru Outback with a moonroof and they got one from Seattle and had it delivered the next day! We love driving it and the entire interaction at the dealership was totally pleasant. I was hoping they'd pay-off my trade-in due the fact i still owes the lender. Oh well, i have no choice but to let go my other beloved car for a new one. I saw a 2009 Subaru Legacy online with practically no miles at a pretty good price that looked like a fantastic car for the money. I went to some other dealerships to look at their Legacys, but they wer miles at a pretty good price that looked like a fantastic car for the money. I went to some other dealerships to look at their Legacys, but they were all either more expensive or had more miles/were older and in bad shape. When I got to Dick Hannah, Mike El Krewi helped me out and showed me the car, he was really friendly and I didn't feel pressured at all, and he gave me honest answers to all my questions. The car was pretty much everything I was looking for so I bought it and couldn't be any happier. The finance department didn't try to push me into buying an extended warranty or any of that other stuff that most people don't want anyway, I just said no and we moved on to the paperwork. I know how difficult buying a car can be but this was actually pretty painless! I would recommend the dealership and especially Mike to anyone I know looking for a car. More

Our shopping experience in the past always seemed to include a lot of pressure from sales staff, haggling over price, and we never felt very satisfied with the car shopping experience. Our experience with Dick Hanna Subaru was very different from the experiences with other dealerships. The internet pricing worked very smoothly and when we arrived at the dealership to purchase our vehicle, the sales staff and sales manager made sure we got what we came for. The specific vehicle/color we had decided on had been sold the night before but the sales staff located the same vehicle at another dealership, honored the internet price, and had the vehicle delivered the very next day, obviously at additional cost to them. They went above and beyond to satisfy us. I definitely know where we'll be going to purchase our next subaru. Gary Miller More
My experience at this dealer was good, because the sales person I dealing seemed real and honest, he didn't seem fake. He wasn't your stereotypical car salesman. The negotiation process was a little stressful, but we were able to work out pricing and payment terms that I was satisfied with. This is my first Subaru and I absolutely love it. It was my first time buying a car, but I did have my mom with me to make sure everything went well (she has experience) and it all went well. The car is great I went home with an impreza outback sport-went in, did a test drive, worked out a deal, and drove home with a brand new car that day! overall it was a great experience, not as bad or stressful as i thought....i recommend this dealer over Portland, even though i am from Portland (this place gave me the best deal) More
I went into Dick Hannah Subaru looking for a used car. When my credit was run the interest rate would have been extremely high. It was suggested that we try a new car. Ron looked so hard to find the right Subaru Forrester for us and at the right price. I am still in awe that I have a beautiful Sabaru as my very own. I hadn't expected to leave the lot with a new car but I did at a price and payment that I can afford. Ron was very friendly and there was no high pressure at all to buy the car. I would recommend Dick Hanna and expecially Ron to anyone looking for a car! More
This was a very easy transaction for me. I saw their ad in the paper, called that morning and purchased the vehicle hours later. The car was ready,and the paperwork was easy.
