Ron worked very hard on the administrative portion of both deals and we were driving away in our new vehicles in about 3 hours. There were some follow up details and minor repairs that needed to be done a couple of days later, Ron met me and took care of it immediately, then followed me home so I didn't have to make a return trip. He had excellent customer service skills as he was very attentive to our needs in an automobile and addressing those needs. His quality of work was very good in that he was very informative of the process and assisting with the paper work and even offered to buy us lunch from the deli. He was very friendly thorought the entire process and really a joy and pleasure to be around, we both very much enjoyed his company as a person and he did not in any way "over pressure" us to buy a vehicle, his main goal was to get us into a vehicle that we would both like. Unfortunately we have purchased numerous vehicles so far in our lives and this is by far one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had! We told him that we needed time to think about the purchase and we wanted to go grab lunch, discuss the purchase and swing by our house to continue discussing it. He did not have an issue with this what so ever, he let us make all of the moves on our terms and did not make us feel pressured into anything. Our sales rep. was Tuan Bui. He is knowledgable, sincere, conciencious, and what anyone would want in a sales person. He demonstrated the vehicle of our choice to us and did a great job. The one thing that dissappointed us was that management seemed to be a little rough on Tuan while everything was being put together. Tuan graciously explained that away and everything else went well. We will go back to Dick Hannah again when we begin to look for another vehicle. More

So when we arrived we were both in bad moods and the kids were full of energy not looking forward to go with us. Don put us both at ease showing us lots of choices of used cars. He listened very well and was unbelievably great with our kids. He made our experience enjoyable. He had nine kids of his own and was able to entertain ours like a seasoned parent. We negotiated an affordable price with us and we left with a brand new Forester 2011. I couldnt be any happier with this car, it is awesome! One of the safest cars and this years model is so well improved, it is hands down the best car I have ever owned. Nor did he complain when we opened the moon roof full tilt, with him in the back seat, and the dash reading the outside temp at 40 degrees. I have accompanied other people in their car buying endeavors, and have interacted with some pretty shiesty salesmen and dealerships, and I cannot tell you how pleasantly surprised I was with the service at Dick Hannah Subaru.
