We went to the Dick Hannah Subaru dealership to look at a vehicle, not to buy one. Mike Krewi (Salesperson) asked to help us. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Mike's supervisor, D vehicle, not to buy one. Mike Krewi (Salesperson) asked to help us. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Mike's supervisor, Dave Swanson, helped with numbers, services, warranties, etc. Dave is a seasoned salesperson and was courteous and helpful. Becky Clausen handled all the paperwork, financials, explanations, etc. She made sure everything was done properly. She stayed late to make sure everything was wrapped up tight and right. Buying a vehicle is not always a smooth, enjoyable time. The purchase is generally expensive and the currently dominate thought is "I'm going to get taken to the cleaners". We did, in fact, spend more than we planned. However, we were willing and everything was explained simply and directly. Did we get a great deal? I don't know. I do know that we got what we wanted and drove away happy. Thanks Mike, Dave and Becky. We enjoyed working with you. We will definitely recommend Dick Hannah dealerships because of your treatment of us. More

My experience was very good! I had been shopping around for a 2011 Subaru Impreza and i was debating between the value package and the premium package. I had gone to Carr subaru in beaverton as well as l for a 2011 Subaru Impreza and i was debating between the value package and the premium package. I had gone to Carr subaru in beaverton as well as lithia in oregon city. They both were asking too much for the value package. I saw the ad for dick Hannah in the news paper and was very happy with the price considering that it was cheaper to get a premium at dick Hannah than a value else where. When i tried negotiating the price down at the other dealerships on the value package Impreza they wouldn't budge and i even mention how dick Hannah was way cheaper on a car that had more add ons because of the premium package , and they simply blamed it as it was dick hannahs marketing scheme, stating that they really don't have the stock at the dealership, they only put ads to draw customers in but will not have the cars available at the lot. I was very frustrated with Carr subaru especially considering they wanted to charge 25,900 for a 2011 Subaru impreza with only one add on...tinted windows. When i saw the dick Hannah ad i knew i had to go see for my self and not listen to the other dealerships because the sale was amazing and i couldn't let it pass by even though it seemed too good to be true considering the prices i was being quoted at other dealerships. When i got there they had the color i wanted and in the premium package at the amazing price they had advertised. I wasn't even planning on purchasing the car THAT day, i just wanted to know if they had it in stock, but Mike the sales guy was so nice and helpful getting all the financials worked out and giving me a even better deal than my personal bank was going to give me and i ended up getting the car the same day i walked in to simply just see if they had it. I appreciate all the hard workers who helped get everything done in a timely fashion, and how personable mike was. He was a great guy who made my first car buying experience great! Ive already recommended dick hannah to a few of my friends who are shopping around for cars right now and i hope they purchase from dick hannah! More

Ron and Kenny both were excellent. I dont do the sales game of the test drive and all that other that the salespeople are instructed to do. I explained that to them and told them what I for my trade and w game of the test drive and all that other that the salespeople are instructed to do. I explained that to them and told them what I for my trade and what would give for the new car. They listened and did that and were both very kind and funny. I liked the way they delt with me so 5 days later took my sister down and got her a new subaru also. If those two were there all the time I would send anyone down to them because I know they will be treated right. They both reminded me of the way car deals were done years ago. More
I have mixed feelings about my experience with the dealership. Dari was by far the kindest gentleman I've dealt with in any car buying experience. He knew what he was doing and did it well. Chris in dealership. Dari was by far the kindest gentleman I've dealt with in any car buying experience. He knew what he was doing and did it well. Chris in the internet department sent me the price quote on the wrong model and I did not find this out until I went to purchase the car. One of the senior sales persons Jerry was very rude and full of testosterone towards Dari. I've not bought a car since 1996. It was a new Volvo 850 Turbo Wagon. The car buying experience is much different than it was in 1996. Paying with a personal check was also a problem. Had to sign a backup sales contract to assure that the dealership would be paid. Even with a very high Credit Score it seems that it's always about the money. Where is there any trust in the process. Maybe it is really gone! Dealing with Dari has been a joy. I would buy from him at the drop of a hat. The rest, not so much. More
My wife and I found a VW Jetta on Dick Hannah's Subaru lot that we were interested in. We were met with a friendly handshake and a smile. Huyen was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle, their store, a lot that we were interested in. We were met with a friendly handshake and a smile. Huyen was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle, their store, and the like; he was probably one of the most well informed salesmen I've ever worked with. While the experience was a friendly one, the deal on the car was by no means excellent. However, I feel it was a fair business deal - we got the car we wanted and we were able to trade my previous vehicle for an acceptable price. I appreciated the fact that we were treated with respect and honesty by all of the associates with whom we had contact; that seems to be a difficult thing to find in car dealers these days... Similarly, the finance lady was kind and informative but still a finance person; she wasn't pushy or shaddy and was sure that we understood the paperwork and was able to get our deal completed in a timely manner. We'll go back if the price is right, and I would definitley recommend them to anyone. More
I appreciated not being mobbed by sales people the instant I walked on the lot. Ammar was very professional without being high pressure. After finding out what I was interested in , he looked to find other cars in my price range and consulted with his colleagues to see what was available. The young woman who handled the paper work was very professional, engaging and freindly without being overboard. She made the tedious paperwork process enjoyable and informative. More
I had a great experience dealing with Sales Representative Brian Ramsdell. I can't say the same about Sales Manager "Kenny". My Wife and I had looked at a used Mitsubishi Lancer with Brian ab Representative Brian Ramsdell. I can't say the same about Sales Manager "Kenny". My Wife and I had looked at a used Mitsubishi Lancer with Brian about 1.5 weeks before we ended up purchasing it from Dick Hannah Subaru through Brian. The second time we looked at the car, we noticed that it had horizontal abbrasions on the front bumper/grill area in the "clear bra" film that protects the paint. It was apparent the the car had hit something, or had been impacted by something since the first time that we looked.at it, and we pointed this out to Brian. We didn't make a big deal out of it, as the car's price had been lowered since the first time that we looked at it. After we drove the car home after purchase, we noticed that the grille was cracked. No more than 20 minutes had elapsed from the time of purchase from the time that we noticed this damage that was the apparent result of the front end impact that this car had suffered since we first saw it at the dealership. I called Brian and couldn't get a hold of him, so I called Kenny, who was the sales manager when we purchased it. At the dealership, Kenny was cordial, albeit "phony" when money was trading hands. I was confident though, that he would work with me in repairing the grill since it had been only approximately 20 minutes from the point of sale. When I explained the situation to him on the phone, he became very demeaning towards me, and stated that Dick Hannah would not likely repair the damaged grille, especially since the price had been lowered over the past week and a half. I reminded him that I was well within my 3-day recission period and would consider bringing it back over a matter of principal if it weren't repaired, or we couldn't work something out. He then said "that's fine". This really led me to believe that he was glad that I didn't notice the damaged grille when I bought it, and made me feel really duped by him. He did say that he would check with upper management if there was qnything that he could do, and would call me back and let me know. this was at noon time on the day we bought the car. After he didn't call me back over the next 24 hours, I called Dick Hannah Subaru and asked for him, but was told he was off for the next 2 days. now I was really feeling truly let down by this guy who clearly had no intention whatsoever of calling me back, much less attempting to remedy the situation. I then called Brian and explained this to him. As expected, he was very concerned, and went right to work on it with his Sales Manager "Dave". Within hours, Brian called me back, and said that Dave had approved repairing the grille, and that he, Brian, would call me when it arrived so we could bring the car in and get the grille replaced. The grille was replaced on Thursday, May 12, 2011 as Brian arranged. As stated, we didn't ask Dick Hannah Subaru to replace the damaged clear bra on the front bumper/grille area of the car, because we were aware of it at the time of purchase, We paid $100.00 to get that replaced ourselves. I always avoid doing business with dealerships because of people who treat their customers as Kenny treated us. They act like they're your best friend when they get to suck some blood out of you, but turn on you the second that you reach out to them with a concern. Brian, on he other hand, has totally restored my belief that here do exist real Sales Representatives that are concerned about their customer's experience, and want to ensure that they are satisfied with their vehicle, as well as overall experience. I would buy another vehicle from Brian in a hearbeat. He's currently looking for a 2005-ish WRX or Legacy GT for our Son, and I truly hope that he does find one for him, as I will be totally comfortable with working with Brian again. Brian is a total professional, and even came in on his day off to consummate the deal on out Lancer. Brian is totally real Management material, as I'm confident that he would stress the importance of openness, honesty, integrity and customer appreciation to his subordinates. Brian Ramsdell is a true asset to Dick Hannah Dealerships! More
