Overall experience was favorable - I still think prices could be better but everyone probably says that. Mike was friendly and fun to work with...I believe the process could be accelerated especially if yo could be better but everyone probably says that. Dealers overall need to work on making the process quicker and more efficient. Also, more upfront info on finance #'s would have been less frustrating. You cannot just state 1.9% but then say it is not on 48 or 60 mo loans. I called specifically about 48 and 60 mo loans and was told 1.9% - that was not accurate. Folks have to plan and have budgets - if you use these tactics to get people in that will only piss them off. Luckily, I had a back up plan for financing. Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly about the car which was very helpful in my decision. He offered to go out of his way to get the car to me in Forest Grove. I would recommend him to my friends and will. Tonya was also very helpful as well. Dealers in general just need to work on overall process improvement to decrease time to buy. More

Freddy Fuss was great to work with. My only concern is that after we talked to him we had to deal with the other guy who decided the price.
