My husband wanted me to find a vehicle that I would love, so we were out and about and he said, "Let's stop in at Hannah Subaru first." It was kind of a rainy day and I was not really in the mood, but I said so we were out and about and he said, "Let's stop in at Hannah Subaru first." It was kind of a rainy day and I was not really in the mood, but I said "Okay." As we pulled into the parking lot, J.R. was already at my car and I did not want to "deal" a car purchase, but I was going to look. J.R. is intuitive and knowledgeable about his customers. Our salesman, Peter Maher was EXCELLENT! He was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of our new car, a Crosstrek. His explanations were easy to understand and he was very patient. I text and talked to JR (salesman) over the phone for about a week before we comm My family and I had a fantastic experience with Dick Hanna Subaru. I text and talked to JR (salesman) over the phone for about a week before we committed to by a crosstrek. We knew what we wanted and didn’t need someone to “sell it to us”, so to speak. JR was was straightforward and easy to work with. When we got to the dealership JR took upon himself to entertain the kids as my wife and I filled out the paperwork that JR prepared ahead of time. We knew what we wanted at the price that was more competitive then other Subaru dealerships. I had my eyes wide open going in expecting some sales grind around a warranty or some upgrade. JR asked if I wanted a warranty and I declined, No pushy or guilting tactics JR was honest and straight forward. When we got to the finance and final paperwork, Tuan (license registration and finance guy) asked if we would like a warranty at a lower price, which I am thankful for the option. When I declined he said okay, and that was that. We got the car we wanted at the price cars are going for right now and got it cheaper then what I would have got it for at another dealership (we checked). I didn't expect this level of service and integrity to me as a customer. I was pleasantly surprised. Very grateful for JR and Tuan and the way we were treated from beginning to end. More
