Dick Hannah Subaru

Since 2015, I have leased my Subarus from Dick Hannah's dealership; first a 2016 Outback Limited, falling strong "in like" with the Wilderness Green color; next a 2019, same car and color; then a Hannah's dealership; first a 2016 Outback Limited, falling strong "in like" with the Wilderness Green color; next a 2019, same car and color; then a 2022, same car but, unfortunately, in white (not at all for me). And now, thanks to Subaru's trade-up program, I'm back in a Wilderness Green 2025 Subaru Outback before current lease expires. In the past 10 years, I have come to know and really experience the Hannah slogan: "Believe in Nice." It's almost as if every single person I've come in contact with has these three little words embedded in their DNA. It truly is second nature for all DH employees. I could go on and on about how special it is to encounter friendly, pleasant, consistent and, at times, very humorous staff. Makes every visit more enjoyable for this 80-years-young "little old lady." I have one suggestion for both DealerRater and Dick Hannah Subaru -- time to update so that all current employees are listed under each heading; thus eliminating the need to add names in the "Add Employees Not Listed."
