My husband and I were just "kind of window shopping" to see what kind of vans would be available with our budget. We thought a nice older van would be an option for us. He asked us what we were looking for and of course what our budget was going to be. He showed us a 2012 Ford 2500 van with 3000 miles on it and worked with us until he got the the payments within our budget. We never thought we would be able to afford a "new" van. I bought a Dodge Charger from Sammy and a salesman that no longer works there back in December.....The car drove pretty well and was VERY well priced. After finding out 5 months later that there were some no longer works there back in December.....The car drove pretty well and was VERY well priced. After finding out 5 months later that there were some substantial issues, I called the dealership about them and they told me to bring the car in so I could get a loaner until the issue was resolved. After 2 weeks of them trying and fighting with CARFAX over a problem that was CARFAX's fault, they offered to make everything right......I traded in the Charger and ended up buying a far more expensive (And totally more awesome) 2012 Subaru WRX. If Sammy, Milos, and Nate hadn't been willing to help, I would have been stuck in legal battles for months.....they helped me out and got me into a FAR better car. I was so happy with their service both the first time and the second. I will most definitely be bringing more business their way and spreading how awesome the dealership is. The first time I bought there, my wife and I must have test driven 15 cars in one night before deciding on the Charger.....They still helped us with smiles on their faces. This time, we test drove several more vehicles, walked the several lots in the AutoMall a few times and Milos was right there with us every step of the way. He was always eager and happy to go out and get the vehicle we were interested in as it was raining most of the time and my wife is pregnant. You could not have asked for better service nor better salesmen. They were professional, helpful, patient, and overall gave us a wonderful experience even in the face of such a terrible situation that CARFAX put us in. More
