However as soon as rob came out to start to help me I felt at ease and better. He wasn't pushy and listened to what I wanted and needed and really worked to meet those needs. He was also honest. He didn't bring up car after car of ones he knew I wouldn't be approved or couldn't afford and I appreciate that. He was easy to talk to and really helped me feel easy about the whole process. Awesomeness! I went to CreditYes.com and got pre-qualified. They made me an appointment at the Vancouver Truck Center that same day.. I went in at noon and by 3 I I went to CreditYes.com and got pre-qualified. They made me an appointment at the Vancouver Truck Center that same day.. I went in at noon and by 3 I was done and driving away in my 2014 Chevy Impala.. Bret Barnes was awesome, after talking to me just a little bit, he said hang on I think I have something you're gonna like.. A few minutes later he came back with this gorgeous car, took it out for a quick drive and then they put my deal together! Couldn't be more pleased with this car buying experience! Saleswoman Roxanne Parisien earned 5 stars I came in with the intention of browsing and purchasing withing the week due to the fact I had a 2 year old with me and my dog at the groomers. I gave I came in with the intention of browsing and purchasing withing the week due to the fact I had a 2 year old with me and my dog at the groomers. I gave Roxanne Parisien an almost impossible criteria as to what I was looking for in a truck and she managed to find exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention she was extremely attentive to my daughter and very accommodating during the process. Since I had no intention to buy the same day I asked if we could pick up my dog at the groomers since it was down the road during the test drive. She stated that they were an animal friendly dealer and it was no problem. Roxanne, having two daughters of her own she helped me transfer the car seat into the Dodge truck and sat in the back seat and entertained her while I test drove the truck and picked the dog up at the groomers. What really impressed me was that while her job is to sell a car she was not high pressure, she answered absolutely every question I had about the truck all while keeping my 2 year old calm and playing peek-a-boo in the back seat. I decided to buy the truck strictly because of the way Roxanne treated us. I was very impressed with the way she handled the whole process, not the typical car saleswoman. I had 4 previous horrible experiences with other dealerships and roxanne exceeded all my expectations. She could absolutely teach all the other male salesman a thing or two on real compasion and how to listen to customers needs over a sales comision. More
