Very impressed with service I was very skeptical to deal with a Dick Hannah dealership; I've never had a good experience with them. However, my daughter made an appointment with Roxanne at the Truck Center to get a different car, so I went with her. Truthfully, I was floored. They had the car my daughter wanted, got the interest rate cut from 24% to 5.4%, brought it down to $50 under what she could afford monthly, knocked nearly $2,000 off the price, and went above and beyond to make us both happy. The car was spotless, too, and ready to drive home. If you have to deal with Dick Hannah, this is the place to go. More

Pretty quick comparatively I stopped in to purchase a 'newer-used' RAM 4x4 & found THE one... took about 3.5 hours total (from arrival back home). Taylor Cort was extremely well educated on, specifically, but not limited to, Dodge trucks - and not just the newer ones. What I found most impressive? He was able to compare each individual model (Tradesman up to the Laramie) down to the smallest detail, if you asked - which I did - and yes, I'm implying that he did NOT have that "over-sale" attitude, gawd I appreciated that. He was personable and relaxed; this is a huge bonus since I tend to prefer to look around on my own. I never felt "hounded." They even helped me get my truck back to my house! I'm glad I stopped in, I love my 2016 RAM 5.7l BigHorn! More
