These people are the total opposite of a typical car dealership, The people that work at the Vancouver Truck center are not pushy or put pressure you These people are the total opposite of a typical car dealership, The people that work at the Vancouver Truck center are not pushy or put pressure you into any part of the deal if you don't feel like you want to, Brett also went above and beyond what he needed to do as a sales men, he asked if I wanted something to drink and which his money he brought me a soda, he explained everything in detail where even a person that is a first car buyer would of understood what was going on, He also found a couple cars and even had someone go and pick them up from the other lots and had them bring the cars to the truck center so I wouldn't had to walk through 10 different lots to find the right car, Finance was a breeze, Tonya was amazing, very friendly and kept a conversation the whole time she was working on paperwork so I wouldn't just sit there in silence, I signed and got all the paperwork done in a snap. A crew you can count on. I do not know of anyone who enjoys having to go to a dealership! I normally don't. I had been looking online at trucks and suv's for about 5 weeks. I do not know of anyone who enjoys having to go to a dealership! I normally don't. I had been looking online at trucks and suv's for about 5 weeks. Well, Sunday I decided was the day. I made the trek to Hannah Truck Center. I have purchased (2) vehicles for my self and (1) vehicle for my mom in the past six years. I keep going back to Vancouver Truck Center because the crew there is attentive and polite. When I pulled into the lot with my 2006 Nissan Titan I purchased in June 2013, I got out of my truck and Roxanne came out to greet me. I wasn't sure which truck I wanted to purchase at the time. After a few minutes of conversation we knew the direction we wanted to go. What was very refreshing was walking into the finance building with Roxanne, Sammy, the Manager walked out and remembered me from 4 years previous. He even remembered I had my Ma with me. The entire crew that were working that day were friendly and welcoming. That was the reason I decided to go back to that lot. Needless to say, I had one of the fastest purchases of any vehicle that I had made. Roxanne, Sammy and Tonya were efficient and worked out a wonderful deal for me. I drove out of there with my 2013 Ford F150 a very happy fella. I just want to thank Roxanne, Sammy and Tonya for a great experience.
