Amazing First Car Purchase Experience! I walked into the dealership quite nervous about how this whole first experience would go. I heard a lot of "horror" stories about being ripped off at I walked into the dealership quite nervous about how this whole first experience would go. I heard a lot of "horror" stories about being ripped off at dealerships, rude/pushy salespeople, etc. Bobby made buying a car for the first time seem like a total breeze! He even got me an amazing deal on a lovely little Ford Fusion hybrid. Almost seems like a dream that I have a car this nice. He also entertained my 3 year old daughter and colored with her while we were waiting on the application process, and soothed my cranky 1 month old son while I was moving things from my old car to the new one. I couldn't imagine giving any less of a rating than 5 stars.... Thank you again for the amazing experience! ? More

I had called in last night to check on a vehicle similar in price to the one I had just recently purchased, and again considering I did not have much I had called in last night to check on a vehicle similar in price to the one I had just recently purchased, and again considering I did not have much or nothing really to offer, though just like my first experience, the second one was again not about just making a car sell, it was much more. Once again I appreciate the Dick Hannah family helping, and also sharing a great deal on how this process works and options to consider with what would be the best way to go, and also at times it wasn’t about the vehicle, they were helping explain things in detail to help me look at ways to fix my situation. Though one of the notable things I am grateful for how they kept trying their best to do what they could to help. See sometimes it is not always the big things that make the difference, but it is also the little things that can make all the difference for anyone.
