This was the best truck buying experience that I could have asked for after probably having one of the worst buying experiences hours earlier that day. I wasted several hours at another lot and when I inquired about buying a car online the ram store immediately contacted me to set up a showing, unfortunately the two truck I had gone in for had sold hours earlier, but when I arrived I was greeted by Roxanne and we went and looked at something that was comparable and exactly in my price range.It took some work but Roxanne and the staff at the ram store helped get me into the truck that was right for me and I absolutely LOVE it. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone there and I would most definitely recommend going to them for your next truck purchase. 10/10 would do again. More

A Great Truck Buying Experience I went in already knowing what truck I wanted but Roxanne still went the extra mile. When I arrived at my appointment the truck had already been pulle I went in already knowing what truck I wanted but Roxanne still went the extra mile. When I arrived at my appointment the truck had already been pulled inside to escape the heat that day. She also helped ensure I was making the correct decision from a towing standpoint. Before we had even agreed to terms she printed out a VIN specific capabilities sheet from RAM to show me what the truck I was looking at would tow based on the installed options. She also asked about the kind of trailer my wife and I are looking to purchase and helped ensure this truck was the right vehicle for us. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products she sells. You would be hard pressed to ask a question about the entire RAM line that she couldn't answer. As an added bonus. I never once felt pressured to buy and I was made to feel at home.
