Communication and willingess to work with the customer was lackluster. I purchased here because they had the truck that I wanted. I bought late at night and when I looked at the tires 2 days later I notic was lackluster. I purchased here because they had the truck that I wanted. I bought late at night and when I looked at the tires 2 days later I noticed that one of the wheels was cracked. At this point I had only driven the truck home from the dealership with no off-roading or impacts. 10 days later I was still trying to work through this safety issue with Dick Hannah and, out of frustration, finally gave up and bought a new wheel since I didn't want to tire to blowout while driving it. If you want customer service go with someone else, but they have good selection of trucks - although a little higher priced then other dealerships Update 10/28: After writing this review they did contact me to fix the wheel, but would only partially pay for the repair IF I removed this review. Update 11/1 I have come to find out, after washing the truck, I realized that they used some colored polish to conceal the numerous scratches on the paint. Very disappointed in the premium price I paid for a very scratched up vehicle. It's bad enough that I am going to be taking it to a body shop to get the paint fixed. BUT, they did a great job of concealing these scratches and I would love to know what product they used. Bottom line, I won't purchase from them again due to what I perceive as dishonest practices and a lack of customer service. I do not believe they were honest in their presentation of the "certified" vehicle not ethical in their attempt at a lowball repair offer to delete this review. Update 11/6 I had this wheel replaced at my cost only to find out the damage they blamed on me was actually a plastic patch on the wheel with a good inch wide chunk out of the metal. Chucky is the man , very polite and well spoken individual that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you step inside. This was the best truck buying experience that I could have asked for after probably having one of the worst buying experiences hours earlier that day. I wasted several hours at another lot and when I inquired about buying a car online the ram store immediately contacted me to set up a showing, unfortunately the two truck I had gone in for had sold hours earlier, but when I arrived I was greeted by Roxanne and we went and looked at something that was comparable and exactly in my price range.It took some work but Roxanne and the staff at the ram store helped get me into the truck that was right for me and I absolutely LOVE it. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone there and I would most definitely recommend going to them for your next truck purchase. 10/10 would do again. More
