I had went to a few other dealers to get a trade quote on my 2020 TRD Pro Tacoma. I live in Portland so for me to come here was a bit of a drive but the end result = 100% worth it. I worked with CODY as I was interested in a 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn Built To Serve Edition. My situation was quite unique but Cody & Rob made sure that everything was taken care of FOR me. I barely had to lift a finger (minus signing all the paperwork). Cody made sure to keep me in the loop as I signed papers site-unseen and updated me on when the truck was going to be there. The second it was finished getting a lift done from DSI, Cody took it upon himself to get that truck and bring it to the dealer. He took the time to make sure that everything on the truck was clean, working, and delivered it with ease. I came back a few days later to return a couple of keys for the Tacoma and both he and Rob greeted me like family. I highly recommend Dick Hannah as it was a great experience and those two really made the experience top-notch. More
