They treat you with respect, they do not pressure you and seem to have all the time in the world to make your exper ever seen and experienced. Truly. I'm filing a complaint with both the BBB and the Oregon Dept. of Justice Consumer Protection Division. I leased a Nissan Frontier from them 3 years ago and decided to exercise our option to buy. We wrote them a check for balance but after two days and two calls to Nissan Motor Acceptance they still couldn't complete the paperwork in time for Nissan. We pulled our check from them and paid Nissan directly that delay meant we have to now pay a extra monthly payment. This place is a total joke. I wouldn't give them one star. More
