Pedro helped me buy a used Kia Niro EV. When we decided to buy, he explained some additional options but didn’t push at all when I declined the extras. I had trouble with the Bluetooth the next day (my fault, not the car), and he came in on his day off to help me; he couldn’t have been nicer. If you are thinking of buying a Kia, go to this dealer and ask for Pedro! (Rachel was also very helpful, she knows a lot about EVs.) More
