I truly can’t express how wonderful my car buying experince was. Lucas put up with declines and there was no pressure. He just went with it and showed me everything I wanted. Due to a reserved vehicle arriving more than two weeks early (YAY!) my visit to finalize things was a little unexpected but everything went pretty smoothly. It was a busy Saturday afternoon so the back and forth between me, the salesman, and the sales manger was kind of lengthy but overall not terrible. The vehicle was still in shipping mode and the service department worked very hard to ready it for my acceptance so when I did take possession, it was shiny and ready to go. I would recommend this dealer if you're in the market for a Kia in the Vancouver, WA area. More

Anthony made the whole process of buying a car for my daughter's birthday very easy. I am over 2000 miles away in Louisiana and found the exact car we were looking for at Dick Hannah in Vancouver. Anth daughter's birthday very easy. I am over 2000 miles away in Louisiana and found the exact car we were looking for at Dick Hannah in Vancouver. Anthony got all of my information over the phone and email and had the contract overnighted to my home. They even included a return envelope for overnight delivery back. This is the first dealer I have ever dealt with that did not charge any extra fees or try to push extras into the deal. The car was already discounted deeply on their website and they didn't add a single thing to make it more expensive than advertised. I wish we had a dealer like them here. More
