All of the people at Suburban that me helped buy my new escape were awesome. Rick Ross was my salesperson and helped me purchase my escape from start to finish. You had a wealth of knowledge about the vehicle which is hard to come by with sales reps, and your willingness to go through th for me and my family. When it came to my trade in and making the deal, you never pressured me, gave me the time and ample respect to work it out without any pressure.
