I was told they woul call me within a week to finish the warranty work. I've been a Jeep owner for over 12 years and I've never encountered any mechanical problems during the warranty period on any of my past three Jeeps (Wrangler Sport, Cherokee Sport). Finally, the odds fel encountered any mechanical problems during the warranty period on any of my past three Jeeps (Wrangler Sport, Cherokee Sport). Finally, the odds fell through on me and I blew a water pump on my 2008 Grand Cherokee Laredo. I was bummed and anxious that I would have a problem getting warranty service work done. So I phoned into Dick Hannah's Jeep Service Center at the Vancouver Auto Mall. Right away I knew they would take good care of me. They arranged a free tow for me through my Road Side Service Program, got my Jeep into service late in the afternoon, diagnosed the problem; fixed it and called me first thing the next morning! What a great experience...and it made me glad I chose to buy and service my Jeep with Dick Hannah's family of dealerships! Their staff was courteous, professional and obviously well trained and experienced. True professionals! I will not only go back again. When we picked the car up, everyone in the service department was friendly and helpful. overall a very nice experience. More

I recently brought my jeep wrangler in for a few minor repairs and was very happy with the service I received. Each of my concerns were addressed and repaired to my satisfaction. I was notified right away and given the choice to pick up my car and return it the next day when the parts arrived or I could leave my car overnight. The parts arrived in a timely manner and I was able to pick my car up by noon that day. I must also comment on the excellent service I received from the shuttle service. I was dropped off at my place of employment in no time and the driver was very friendly. I could tell she takes pride in her job, which is very refreshing to see these days! More

I have owned my Jeep Wrangler for over 10 years and have had service work done at 2 other dealerships. I also owned a Jeep Wrangler before this one and had service work done at 4 other dealerships on that had service work done at 2 other dealerships. They have a very flexible appointment calendar. They complete the work when promised. They keep excellent records of all my service needs and only reccommend the neccessary work that needs to be completed(unlike some dealers). They back their work 100% and I have never had an issue with any service that they have performed. Their rewards program has saved me many dollars on my maintainence work. I have never encountered a problem with the service at Dick Hannah, unlike the other dealerships where I have gone. The one in Beaverton even refused to pay for my rental car when their repair work took longer than they expected. Dick Hannah's motto is "customer for Life", and they do everything in their power to fulfill this. Found the experience of looking and buying a new car to be stress free. Bill was never pushy, but always helpful.
