Worst experience ever! I have had a lot of cars in my life time and dealt with a lot of service centers. Dick Hannah Chrysler was the worst experience ever! My service agent I have had a lot of cars in my life time and dealt with a lot of service centers. Dick Hannah Chrysler was the worst experience ever! My service agent dropped the ball before going on vacation. A bunch of unauthorized things were done to my car, I called numerous times to see what was going on, I was put on hold for extended periods no one knew what was going on, and calls were NEVER returned! I finally heard from the service manager who promised to call me back in a day or two. He never called. I finally called, refused to be put on hold and refused to leave a message. Someone finally came on the phone and guess what? My car was sitting there done! Wth?? They said the paper work would be done when I got here and guess what? I'm still sitting here. Never EVER again will I use this service center. And the service agent seems to be MIA again! I started out nice but had to get aggressive to get any sort of satisfaction from this service center. They don't even deserve one star! More

So over this period of time Mandy never let go, she called me every other week to see how things were going and to remind me she had my truck. Awesome Experience I had somewhat of a unique need in a car - I needed to get a second vehicle for my son and his wife quickly ( its a long story). I had no idea what I wanted, but had a few specific needs; automatic trans, price range, reliable and 4 door. I decided to visit Dick Hannah in Vancouver, purely on reputation and the number of vehicle makes they handle. It was just an amazing experience from beginning to end. Phil Brodehl was my salesman. He listened carefully to what I was after then spent close to 4 hours with me finding several vehicles that met the criteria. We took countless test drives. The test drive loop they have you take is extensive and covers all the driving scenarios; city stop and go, longer surface routes and freeway driving. Phil was very helpful and most of all, not anything like any "salesman" let alone a "used car salesman". He really wanted to find just the right things for me. I did end up with a really great car. The rest of the Hannah experience was equally friendly and efficient. Even though I live in Oregon, and 30 miles south of Hannah Auto Mall, I"ll be a customer now for life.
