The first time that I took my truck that I bought new from this dealership in for its first service, they didn’t check the DEF. The Ford store next door always asked about the DEF. I specifically asked from this dealership in for its first service, they didn’t check the DEF. The Ford store next door always asked about the DEF. I specifically asked about it, but since the first service was complimentary I didn’t look at the invoice.. I ran out of DEF a few days later on a mountain highway in the middle of the night pulling my trailer with my kids. That would have never happened at the Ford store. During this service I showed up right at 6:00 to drop off and the same person that screwed up the DEF deal with the other truck would not check me in. There were actually two people in there and they told me to use the drop box. I own an.equipment dealership with a parts and service department, and I would be ashamed if my employees performed like that. I absolutely loved doing business with your Ford store, I can’t say the same for the Chevy side. I purchased three new vehicles from you in the last year or so that I have serviced with you and I have had two bad encounters now. More
