Robert helped find and located a truck that fit my needs and what I was looking for. His Finance team work with the bank to get me a good deal on a loan and good interest rate. Friendly people while you are in the dealership but Jim is pretty awful at communicating and following up. Still waiting for a quote on the 45k and 100k services that they could not generate while I was t is pretty awful at communicating and following up. I figure if a business really wanted to generate income they should employ people that have the ability to do what they say they will do. Or at least can reach out after a week and touch base on why they cant make a quote and schedule a service.... More
