The Remedy: We had the opportunity to work with this customer, "j boz", and were able to help get them out of the vehicle they were having trouble with. They traded into a very nice pre-owned vehicle and appear to be very happy with their vehicle. It was a beautiful 07 Saturn Aura with all the ammenities, leather, and moonroof.
