Duane presented us with a few different options within our price range and before I knew it we were signing paperwork. Elijah was super quick and prepared which made the signing process a breeze and not lengthy like usual. In the end, I love that Duane didn't try to just put me into a car I wasn't crazy about and he took my preferences and got me into a vehicle above my expectations. My Husband and I had a great experience and we will officially make this our new dealership. More

Enjoyed being able to look over the vehicle inside - as they pulled it in out of the cold. The sales guy, Duane, was pretty straight forward and friendly. The financial guy had music playing while he went over the paper work, which was distracting the to me. He also said “it’s not my car” in a somewhat sarcastic manner when we declined additional coverage. Didn’t seem real customer friendly with the paper signing guy, but Duane was good. Just got my new Trax yesterday, and I really like it! More

Dissatisfied Customer I am fuming - took my car in for a slow leak in the coolant system. They kept my car for two weeks before calling me with the estimate. When I told them that I was going to come and get my car, I was told that there would be a charge for the loaner. I went in to pick it up and I was told that there was a $200 rental fee for the loaner. I told them that I was not going to pay $200 when I was told initially that it would take 3 or 4 days. I finally agreed to pay $80 for the loaner. They reprinted my paperwork and hit me for a $121.95 charge for diagnostics. So I got screwed by Dick Genthe Chevrolet. I will never buy another car from them again. More

Sold me a crappy car. The transmission in my car went bad after a year and it wasn't supposed to said multiple mechanics. The dealership was rude when I asked about it.
