Arrive at 850 and hand the keys to an employee who then says he needs other information (that we were never made aware of) delaying the process of turning them in...that guy brought the info to the sales manager who then through the biggest hissy fit I’ve ever seen from a grown man. Throwing his hands in the air and screaming at us across the showroom that he’s not “downing these cars” after 9, mind you at this moment we reminded him it was 857 and we’ve been here for almost 10 minutes. He continued to harass us across the showroom yelling at us, saying he doesn’t care that we won’t recommend their dealership to anyone and even esponded with “who cares you wouldn’t have done it anyway” except unbeknownst to him 5 of my family members have got cars there. He then threatened to tow the car and told us to get off his property. All for trying to return vehicles within the business hours as instructed. I am completely dumbfounded that the SALES MANAGER would treat customers that way. More
