They were not customer friendly and not saying upfront charges rather says that we need check if we don't do as they were higher any other dealer state or multi state. Changing battery charged us diagnost charges rather says that we need check if we don't do as they were higher any other dealer state or multi state. Changing battery charged us diagnostic fees of 250 already car reported its fault battery. Other dealer say less than hour but they estimated 3 hours. It's not standard and saying that's what Volvo recommend as only one in Columbia and ridiculous that they don't price reasonable and need to take car to other dealership for any future service and even thinking not to buy this brand. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable of my vehicle & was able to tell me beneficial things I didn't know.
