After visiting a Honda dealer I had purchased from before, I was referred to Dick Brooks Honda in Greer, SC. I first met Sharon and Elyssa on the internet site used by the dealer. They were responsive to my questions in a polite and non-pushy manner. I gave them by requirements and their answer provided me prices that were far better then the other dealer. I never went back to the other Honda dealer. Sharon is a very professional salesperson who dresses and talks like a top person in her field. Both she and Elyssa are competent and have great product knowledge. I had personal confidence in both ladies. I purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V EXL, trading in a 2011 Hyundai Genesis. The numbers provided by Sharon were fair and acceptable. She met all my expectations. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Customer centric dealership with Dick Brooks in that they will work with people via email, by phone, and are willing to accommodate people that live in North Carolina while the dealership is in South Carolina. We could not have asked for any better that we received in Sharon Grillo and her associates even to include the suggestion for a local restaurant. We have to include that when we were not able to see the Ridgeline my husband wanted, her husband's was similar, and we were able to see his. We had done our homework on the internet so we knew a good price for a new Odyssey and we also knew a fair trade in for our 2006 Odyssey. When I spoke with Sharon Grillo on the telephone she gave me their bottom line price for the vehicle we wanted. She gave me a ballpark range of what our trade-in would be worth. Both were great according to our internet research. We happened to be in the vicinity of the dealership so we decided to see what they had on the lot. We also happened to have our Labrador Retrievers in their crates in the car. Sharon came out and met us and our dogs. We said we'd have to come back after we had taken the crates out and put the seats back in the van. She said no problem, you're here I can take some information and give you our trade-in value. In a few minutes she was back with a real fair deal. We shook hands and agreed to pick up our new van in a couple of days. Our experience was painless, it also made us feel good that we didn't have to play the "I have to get the manager" game that so many dealerships still play. Sharon and Ellysha were a pleasure to do business with. And when we went to the business office we even got a better interest rate than Honda was offering. We would definitely buy another car there, and, in fact, have told so many people about our pleasant experience. More

Dick Brooks had a very competitive price and the best appreciation for our business. We could not be happier. One more point that I find important. While the vehicle was being prepared for delivery to us, the sales people (Sharon and Elyssa) found a defect in the tinting in the window. This was so subtle that it was very difficult to see. They told us about it and had ordered a replacement window before we picked up the vehicle. The service department called us when the window was in, made an appointment and gave my wife a loaner while they did the work on our car. We believe it will be difficult to find a better dealership.
