Received excellent service from Chris Dewitt. This is the second car we have purchased from Chris in 8 months. We purchased a 2014 CR-V and I wasn't satisfied with it because of the size; so we ju This is the second car we have purchased from Chris in 8 months. We purchased a 2014 CR-V and I wasn't satisfied with it because of the size; so we just purchased a 2016 Pilot; this makes the 3rd Pilot I have owned. Dealing with Chris was a pleasure, but I have to be honest and tell you that Bob in finance was extremely rude. I left with tears in my eyes over the way he treated me and he was the one who had made the mistakes. I would never recommend him to work with anyone. However, Mr. Rich and Dale, the sales manager, have worked very hard to resolve the issue and make things right. Except for Bob, the entire staff there are very friendly and easy to work with. I would buy another car there from Chris. More

Wonderful sales man I was dreading shopping for a new car. I had my honda for 21 years with 416,000 miles. I knew I wanted another honda. Charles Ray was wonderful to w I was dreading shopping for a new car. I had my honda for 21 years with 416,000 miles. I knew I wanted another honda. Charles Ray was wonderful to work with. I need to drive several models to make up my mind. Then I still need some time. Charles made a followup call. We came to an agreement on the Accord that I wanted. After the deal was complete Charles spent about 30 min going over all the features of my new car. A few days later he also called to see if I had any questions. Buying a car from Dick Brooks with Charles Ray as my salesman was an enjoyable experience. Thanks Charles. I would recommend talking to Charles Ray is you are interest in a honda. More

Service Department in the dark ages I called to make an appointment to get my car serviced and had to make the arrangements with the service department for the parts needed, myself. I w I called to make an appointment to get my car serviced and had to make the arrangements with the service department for the parts needed, myself. I was never asked my name or make of car until the end of the appointment call and then was transferred to the parts department to make sure they had the parts in stock. I was repeatedly questioned during the call that I had the right dealership, if I really wanted the parts and never given an actual appointment time, then was "educated" on how long my appointment would take. I was never transferred to the service department even though I had questions for them and had to work through the parts representative. I ultimately cancelled my parts order, and I don't know whether I would have been transferred back to the appointment scheduler to confirm that the parts would be in stock. Because of my experience, I'm hesitant to ever return to Dick Brooks to service my car and would take my business elsewhere. More
