Burned out headlight replaced during service. Same light burned out 48 hrs. later. Returned to dealer. Alex the service clerk was going to charge me $ 135 to diagnose a burned out bulb ??? At the previous service an incorrect measurement was made on brake pad wear in the dealers favor. Is this common to charge $ 135 when a bulb fails.? Bulb replaced at reputable facility and it is fine. Beware of hidden diagnostic fees, lack of common sense and poor maintenance knowledge at this dealership. FORMER 15 year customer. More

I would give zero stars if possible. Diane Sauers salesman Brian Grischow sold me a $30,000 lemon. This car has been an issue since the day I drove it off the lot. The engine light came on before I even got home(like 6 miles away). Has had emissions issues from day one. I've replaced over $10,000 with of new parts and it's still not fixed. He's ignored texts, they've blocked me from leaving messages on their website and Facebook. Just go to another dealership and definatly a different salesman. Just buy different all together. I'll never buy another GM car after this experience. More
