The Worst Experience of My Car Buying Career I bought my Honda to this dealership to have a reprogrammed ignition switch to be completed. This reprogramming has to be done at a Honda dealer. I mentioned to the service writer that I need to complete necessary Honda recall air bag service as well. The service writer ignored my request for recall repair work to be completed. I received my car back from Diamond Valley Honda and the car veered off to the left in an unusual fashion. I bought the car to Pep Boys right afterward and they told me that my alignment was way off. They fixed my alignment and they noticed that my brake system needs an overhaul! I fixed the brakes a year ago. Brakes do not go out that fast! i believe that Diamond Valley Honda has a management that is discriminatory and has a garage that wants to injure certain people. I filed a complaint with the BAR stating that there is circumstantial and direct evidence against Diamond Valley Honda. Do not go to this dealership if you are like me. More

This time it was interesting to say the least On Friday October 6, 2017, I went there with my 2016 Honda Civic EX-L. I noticed that there was vibration in the steering wheel upon hard braking. I On Friday October 6, 2017, I went there with my 2016 Honda Civic EX-L. I noticed that there was vibration in the steering wheel upon hard braking. I explained this to the service advisor. About 30 minutes later a man who I believe was the service manager asked to speak with me. He informed me that a Technician had inspected my front brakes and noted some "Hot spots" on the rotors but the pads were in good condition and they did not see a need for a front brake job. Instead he recommended a brake system flush rather than a brake job. I agreed to the brake flush as he said this would prolong the wear of the rotors and pads because of the heat. But this did not solve my problem and I still noticed vibration in the steering wheel when I brake. So I am not a happy camper. I have been a customer for years.. More
Terrible service! My boyfriend took my brand new Honda Accord Touring here for it's very first B1 service (oil change and tire rotation). He waited 3 hours when the car was done in an half the time. They were looking for a female since it was in my name even though he brought it in and they made a specific note with his name that he was there waiting for the car. There is nothing entertaining except their little theater. There is no complimentary coffee, water, snacks, or services. My boyfriend got the car, but on the drive home it started smoking. He checked it out and found oil on the undercarriage. Basically, they didn't take any care when they drained the oil, they just let it spill everywhere and figured "It will burn off". This is poor service. Since it was Saturday I had to wait to bring my car back in. I work every day of the week and drive about 200 miles a day. I had to deal with the smoke and smell of burning oil coming through my air vents. I contacted the service manager and he said he will check it out and made several promises to me. By the time I was able to get it back to them the oil had already burned off. He only fulfilled one of the several promises he made to me. Don't ever go to this dealership. Make the drive to DCH Honda of Temecula instead. They have a big lobby with fresh coffee, water bottles, and hot, fresh cookies when you check out! They have a children's play area (I don't have children but it's nice for others that do), along with computers with Internet, TV, magazines, and even free services (depends on the day you go, but they include massages and manicures!). They also don't get oil on my car when changing the oil..... More

A great oil change! Had my car in for the first oil change. They went above and beyond in the service department. I was greeted when I arrived to drop off my car. I had a few things to discuss with the service manager regarding my oil service. All the questions were answered. Provided a shuttle from Diamond Valley and a shuttle was provided to pick my car up. Overall, it was a great experience. More
