Missing air filters screws I have replaced the screws that hold the air filter box twice already. Every time I take my car for service the technician lose two screws. I'm gettin I have replaced the screws that hold the air filter box twice already. Every time I take my car for service the technician lose two screws. I'm getting tired of replacing them and they cost $6 a piece. It's time for them to be accountable for missing screws that they lose. If you know you drop them then replace or look for it. Management and their staff need to know the meaning of integrity. Don't think that we ain't looking at your work afterwards. Do the right thing even though no one else is looking. More

The biggest draw I have that has kept me coming back is their excellent service staff. They have been on top of every issue we have ever had, they have great rates and will price match, and they are always honest in dealing out the truth when it comes to the various mechanical maladies our cars can incur. The mechanics themselves do excellent work, and their quality control and workmanship is far above other dealers and especially discount automotive outlets. Overall the warm and knowledgable demeanor of the service staff, their great communique between mechanics and customers, and the great work at great prices will keep me coming back. More
