Awful, Unhelpful, Rude and Terrible service from Jessie Garcia in the Service Dept @ Diamond Valley Honda. He made us feel like a nuisance for owning a Honda Accord for 25 years. Jessie seemed bothered by Garcia in the Service Dept @ Diamond Valley Honda. He made us feel like a nuisance for owning a Honda Accord for 25 years. Jessie seemed bothered by my presence at the service area when he gave me an annoyed laugh when I told him about the reason for my visit. The whole experience was like staring at a blank piece of paper for hours....frustrating and pointless. NEVER GO HERE!!! When I went to share my feedback about my visit to management......no one was there and they really did not care!! This place has no enthusiasm or excitement for it's Honda Owners....AVOID THIS PLACE!! More

I had an appointment (wait specified when making the appointment) to get an oil change on December 31, 2020 @ 1230 on my 2020 Honda Accord (which I purchased at Diamond Valley Honda). I am a timely pers appointment) to get an oil change on December 31, 2020 @ 1230 on my 2020 Honda Accord (which I purchased at Diamond Valley Honda). I am a timely person so I show up at 1215 (early, I know and understand), only to wait a few minutes (5), and be told that it would be at least 2 hours before they could get to me. I bought at Diamond Valley to keep the business in the town in which I choose to live when I retired from the Marine Corps. I’ve been in transportation for over 45 years I know what it takes to do an oil change and the service guy gives me excuses that it’s the holiday and that it takes so long because they might find something wrong. My money and I were very welcomed when I bought the car in October but today I feel As though I was pushed aside. I made an appointment so that I didn’t get pushed in line because of someone who took the time to make an appointment (but that didn’t seem to matter). Very disappointed!!! More
Our new Honda passport came with a defective car charger which has yet to be fixed, even though it’s been serviced. I found the staff in service dept to be rude and the dealer manager to not be very helpfu which has yet to be fixed, even though it’s been serviced. New Area, New Honda Customer New to this area, this one is the closest one from where I live. And, I came here twice so far, the recent one was great and convenient. I was treated as how James would treat other (hearing) customers and that was what made my experience great (I am Deaf and ASL is my primary language). More employees like him, please! :) More
