I had an awesome experience purchasing my wife a new Odyssey. I actually made the trip all the way from San Diego because from the start speaking with AJ over the phone, he was honest and straight to th Odyssey. I was especially happy as other Honda dealerships are inflating the MSRP prices with extras taking advantage of the vehicle shortage. It’s dishonest and and DVH is an honest dealership for sure, which is why they will earn my business again! When I came in to the dealership to pick up the car, paperwork was all ready to go, was created by Michael Palmer who was super friendly and very knowledgeable in telling me everything I need to know about the car. Israel Perez the finance manager was also great working with and made everything very fast and out the door without any pressure to purchase the extras. All in all, I’m very impressed with this dealership and glad I windy to DVH as I purchase a few cars a year and know good service and these guys are at the top.
