I've worked with Keri Spencer at a prior dealership before and when I got my new to me Mazda I was glad to see that she was still with Diamond but at their Mazda dealership Keri always goes above and b before and when I got my new to me Mazda I was glad to see that she was still with Diamond but at their Mazda dealership Keri always goes above and beyond for the customers she's honest and to the point of helping with whatever questions or services you desire to get your vehicle repaired or serviced also the mechanics over there are amazing as well however I did not buy my car with Diamond Mazda but I definitely will keep getting my car serviced there! I would like to thank Keri for always being amazing in the services she brings to the Mazda customers and thank you to the mechanic as well highly recommend Diamond Mazda! More
Worst customer service by far! !! Mark the finance guy lied the whole time. He called me several times to come by the dealership, had me drive an hour & when I arrived let me know !! I went to Diamond Mazda to learn more about their loan options, and I was aided by Mr. Amir Jarrar. He provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable.
