We had a very positive experience going through the purchasing process. Our salesperson was helpful and answered all of our questions. They were a couple of items that needed to be added to the vehic purchasing process. Our salesperson was helpful and answered all of our questions. They were a couple of items that needed to be added to the vehicle and they were able to handle those additions in a timely fashion. If you are considering purchasing a Mazda product, it would be worth your time to take a visit there. More
They charged around $100 to change a light bulb. We had our 3rd new battery installed in a 5 year old Mazda 6 and Diamond charged $267. BMW would be cheaper. More
I bought a used 2004 Nissan Sentra in 2006 Everything was a snap. I took this car on a road trip to FL The check engine light came on. I brought the car to a shop there. They found that the car had been in a a snap. I took this car on a road trip to FL The check engine light came on. I brought the car to a shop there. They found that the car had been in a serious wreck. The car had a leaking radiator cracked gas tank and a Evap problem. This was not there problem so the did not fix the problem. I took the car back to Dimond Mazda they then told me to take the car to a partner shop to get it fixed when they found out how much it was going to cost to have it fix they told me tuff luck. I have owned this car for over a year and it still has problems. I should have taken them to court. My sugestion is never to buy a car from them EVER. They told me that they would swap the car out I said okay. They then ran my credit Twice sugested they would give me 2000.00 less And jacked the price of the cobalt a cobalt for a Nissan I dont think so.. So needless to say I am stuck with the nissan that will probably have problems for the rest of it's days. Again never ever trust car fax of the dealers word becouse they are out to screw the customer. More
