I have yet to have a good experience working with Diamond Hyundai, both Sales and Service. Service has a tendency to not answer the phone, which is problematic. Most recently, having brought in a coupon for Hyundai, both Sales and Service. Service has a tendency to not answer the phone, which is problematic. Most recently, having brought in a coupon for a free oil change (from Sales) the sales floor manager scrutinized every detail to the fine print to ensure I didn't accidentally get too much. On the same visit, I asked for a service listed in the Maintenance Schedule in my Vehicle's Owners manual as routine maintenance, which had the staff baffled. They didn't understand what the service was, even after I explained it, and were unable to perform it - even though (with my assistance) they found it in their system. They were able to recommend a host of services not found in the Owner's Manual, however, which I had to individually decline. Additionally, I and another customer had to wait nearly 15 minutes after arriving at the service desk to be helped, despite one of the service advisors sitting at her desk, perusing her cell phone. Every time I bring my vehicle to Diamond Hyundai they surprise with a new way to make me dislike them. Unfortunately, they're the only Hyundai dealer nearby, and other shops declined to service my "foreign car" for even a basic oil and brake fluid change. More
The service team always takes care of the customer as if we were family. Raul really made it feel like Christmas even though we were stressed about our car!! The mechanics are fast and consistent. She’s so rude; whether in person or on the phone. She got atttitude towards customers. She doesn’t follow up even if she promised she would. Left her multiple messages but she won’t give me a call.
