Both my 2014 Honda Civic and 2006 Honda Odyssey were due for service, and they took me in, easy drop off, not wait in line. I was notified and contacted to let me know what other things the cars may need, and the cars were ready as promised. The Service Area was super clear, and everyone was very friendly. I have owned Honda cars for 30 years, and used various dealers for service, and so far Diamond Honda is the best. Thank you great and friendly service, in particular to Nicole Bright and Oscar Ramirez. More

Almost Perfect!! My second service experience went almost as well as my first service. At the end of my last service, I was told the Dealership "...did not have the s My second service experience went almost as well as my first service. At the end of my last service, I was told the Dealership "...did not have the software" to align my vehicle tires. I was left hanging with not knowing IF or WHEN this would be obtained to properly service my vehicle. A followup call to my service advisor still did not answer this question, and AGAIN I was left hanging without a return call that I was told was coming. Service could be a little better. More
