I cannot say enough good things about Joanne. I was planning to wait at the dealer while the recall issue was fixed because my husband is on oxygen and because of COVID is not leaving the house. All the service was great but the price is expensive for what was done. My car was asking for A1 service and I was sold B1 service due to mileage on the car. 10% discount only paid for taxes.
