Quick and Easy! I have come in before for work at the Service Desk at other dealers and I usually get oh you want this or you want that or since your a girl you'll wa I have come in before for work at the Service Desk at other dealers and I usually get oh you want this or you want that or since your a girl you'll want this...my answer NO. Yes, I'm a girl and yes I can change my oil, do my own brakes, use jumper cables, tune-up my own car why don't I? Because I HATE getting the dirty oil on my hands. I'm willing to pay you to do it BUT not go through the high pressure of the extras. I didn't get that! I got what I needed and that's it. I LOVE IT! I got a price up front AND that's what I paid!
