I arrived at the service department early few minutes before they opened up. I was the first in line. Did it not have an appointment but I needed oil changed and tires rotated. I was greeted warmly and w before they opened up. I was the first in line. Did it not have an appointment but I needed oil changed and tires rotated. I was greeted warmly and was made comfortable once they did open up. I did have to wait a little bit while my car was being serviced, but I was ready for it and took some work with me. I would say the dealership needs improvement with customer service. With the changing from Rallys to Diamond Cadillac it seems as if the atmosphere there is not welcoming. however, this is the only customer service. All I’m going to tell you is that your customer service to me has been the worse. Every time I call my call gets hung up. I have been waiting 2 months for the extra set of keys and the floor mats that the to me has been the worse. Every time I call my call gets hung up.
