disappointed. Took my 2014 Escalade for a computer malfunction repair. Repairs were done properly with a cost of about $1300.00 upon being notified that my vehicle Took my 2014 Escalade for a computer malfunction repair. Repairs were done properly with a cost of about $1300.00 upon being notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up one week later. My vehicle was somewhat dirty. So not only did they not wash it at all, which is ok, but they gave it to me with hand prints and smears of grease and oil throughout the vehicle. From the mechanics. I assume. very unprofessional in my opinion. More
