ACCORDING TO MY WIFE THE SERVICE CENTER EMPLOYEES WERE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. DIAMOND GMC CADILLAC HAS LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH STAFF IN SHOWROOM, SALES, AND FINANCE DEPARTMENTS. OVER THE TWO WEEKS AFTER I PURCHASED MY CAR THE SALESMAN I DELT WITH WAS NO LONGER WORKING AT THIS DEALERS SHOWROOM, SALES, AND FINANCE DEPARTMENTS. OVER THE TWO WEEKS AFTER I PURCHASED MY CAR THE SALESMAN I DELT WITH WAS NO LONGER WORKING AT THIS DEALERSHIP FOR UNKNOWN REASONS, THE PERSON WHO I BELIEVE WAS THE SALESMAN'S SUPERVISOR WAS TRANSFERD TO ANOTHER LOCATION. THE FINANCE OFFICER WHICH WHOM WROTE MY CONTRACT WAS NO LONGER WORKING AT THE LOCATION AND EVERY TIME I CALLED FOR HELP I FELT LIKE I GOT THE RUN AROUND. THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT PHONE MESSAGE BOX WAS ALWAYS FULL SO I COULDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE, THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS NEVER AVAILABLE TO TAKE MY CALLS DUE TO ALWAYS BEING WITH A CUSTOMER. Hi I rate this dealer with a minimum rate because I took my Buick encore to fix a leak on the cooling Sistem and they diagnosed that there was 2 hoses to be replaced and they kept my car for a hole week jus my Buick encore to fix a leak on the cooling Sistem and they diagnosed that there was 2 hoses to be replaced and they kept my car for a hole week just to replace 2 hoses that took them 10 minutes to replace and charge me over $ 500 the hoses and the coolant parts priced at about $ 70 So they charged me 600% labor for something that took them 10 minutes and one week kept my car and didn’t even fix the problem because they gave me my car back and I drove it 15 miles and it overheated due to low coolant meaning the real problem was the water pump that they didn’t fix More
The dealership had my car since Dec 5th, 2024, and I just picked it up yesterday. I had the hardest time getting anyone to answer the phone when I called, and the voice mail was always full. Joey was my original service writer, and he was, at best, horrible. He is no longer there, but in the meantime, no one at the dealership called and told me he was no longer there. I called for weeks with no answers. I asked multiple times to have Phillip, the service manager, call me, but he never did. I did finally get a hold of Adrianna in service. She was terrific and got my car fixed in a couple of weeks after taking over. I would, however, recommend a different dealership for service. More

This is the very first time I have taken my car in for the oil change, where they told me everything was good. My windshield wipers were not fine they needed replacing and the back wipe was hanging off. the oil change, where they told me everything was good. That was not like that before, it worked perfectly - it would stay up until I closed it. I bought my vehicle there and have always had repairs and oil changes there, but I was disappointed with the quality of work my car received. More
The Staff is supper, but after 4 or 5 attempts to cure the problem, it has not been resolved. We really like XT6, but wright now we're thinking of turning it into the Lemon Law experts.
