Antelope Valley Ford Lincoln Mercury wrote on 1/11/2010 6:36:53 PM: Mr. Ortiz brought his 2005 Ford Freestar in for a power steering concern in December 2009. Mr. Ortiz states there was a misdiagnosis in regards to the power steering and is requesting a refund of the $88 diagnosis fee. After a full review by management, Antelope Valley Ford is reimbursing Mr. Ortiz the $88 diagnosis fee. Mr. Ortiz was also given a free oil change for his inconvience. Mr. Ortiz was satisfied with the efforts of Antelope Valley Ford to rectify the situation

Antelope Valley Ford Lincoln Mercury wrote on 12/16/2009 11:21:51 AM: Mr. Neva brought his 2003 Lincoln Navigator in for a transmission Service in August 2009. Shortly after the service Mr. Neva noticed a fluid leak and brought the vehicle back in to our service dept. After speaking to Mr. Neva the service advisor felt it was residual fluid and recommended that Mr. Neva keep an eye on it. A short time later Mr. Neva took the vehicle to another shop and they diagnosed the vehicle with an overfilled transfer case. Mr. Neva is requesting reimbursement for the cost of repairs from the second shop. It was recommended that Mr. Neva mail all invoices to Ford for reimbursement and the Ford customer service address and phone number where furnished to him. Mr. Neva was also given a free oil change for his inconvenience. Mr. Neva seemed satisfied with the efforts of Antelope Valley Ford to rectify the situation
