They said I needed a service that should be under warranty and lied and said my warranty expired. No, it hasn’t yet. My car also came back home with a huge chip in passenger side windshield so I now warranty and lied and said my warranty expired. No, it hasn’t yet. I called and left a message for service advisor to call me back so I could give him my Lincoln Pass # to pay for service instead of credit card but he never bothered to call me back. Now, the dealer is calling me about an offer they sent to buy my car yet I can’t access the amount and neither could guy in sales on the phone. I initially went there for service because my dealer was going to make me wait 2 months for an oil change. I went back to them a second time, both times my experience was satisfactory. This time for service they sent me next door to their “Quick Lane.” Sorry, but I won’t be returning ever to this dealer for service! More
I normally like Diamond Ford but this time it seemed disorganized and confusing. I never met my service rep. The gentleman that took care of me was an individual that has helped me previously. The finance dept lied to us and cost me almost one thousand dollars. Had recall on 2016 truck, set up appointment to repair. Drive 1 hour to get there. They tell me can not do recall cause truck was over 120 thousand miles. Never told of the mileage limit. Called to set up appoint for another recall. Wanted to talk to service dept to make sure no mileage limit on this recall and check price on oil and fuel filter change at same time. Left message and have been waiting 4 days for. All back and still not received call back. More

Horrible service , apparently was told I needed 4 new tires with I just purchased in January. I later found out it was due to a poor job on previous alignment, which have only been done at this facility tires with I just purchased in January.
